Hillcrest Estates II is our two story building with two bedroom apartments. It features a clean bathroom, new large windows, and a second bedroom. These apartments are located in the south-east corner of Gwinner, ND, within walking distance of the City Park and Pool, North Sargent School, Teal's Market, Bobcat, and J & M Printing. All apartments are non-smoking. Small pets are allowed with a $500 non-refundable fee.

All of our bathrooms have been recently remodeled. Nathan, co-owner of Hillcrest, puts in a lot of time installing new toilets, sinks, and medicine cabinets, as well as making sure everything continues to function properly.

Large Picture windows

Spacious living rooms with large picture windows create a lovely view. Some views face the street, while others face the City Park. There is a space for an air conditioner, but it is up to the tenant to supply their own unit.

Roomy kitchens

Picture yourself cooking for your friends and family in the roomy kitchen. The dining room is directly adjacent to the kitchen so serving your home-cooked meal is as easy as one-two-three!
